With a Master’s in Accounting from the University of Colorado, Denver, I bring a blend of financial expertise and strategic thinking to support our team and ensure we’re making smart, sustainable decisions. When I'm not creating spreadsheets or running payroll, I enjoy spending my time traveling to new places, reading books, and baking cinnamon rolls.

Hi there! I’m Julia Urban, the Studio & Marketing Manager at Kat Pro Studio, and chances are, if you’ve reached out to us, you’ve been chatting with me! I’m the one making sure everything at our studio flows seamlessly, from scheduling to promotions, so our stylists can focus on what they do best—creating amazing hair transformations.
I moved to beautiful Colorado last summer from Nevada and settled here in Castle Rock, where I love exploring new places to eat, hike, and experience everything this area has to offer. I’m a dog mom to three lovable pups, and when I’m not at the studio, you’ll find me on the slopes snowboarding or enjoying time with family and friends.

Caroline grew up in the industry, surrounded by salons, stylists, and really good hair. Since graduating from Paul Mitchell the School in 2014, Caroline has worked with some of the fastest-growing brands in the industry, gaining firsthand insight into innovation, artistry and what it really takes to stay ahead in this ever-evolving world of beauty.
Her passion? The full project—color, cut, or extensions. Caroline thrives on transforming ideas into a look that enhances your natural beauty. Blondes are her current obsession, especially creating modern, soft, dimensional tones that go beyond the typical bleach-and-foil look.
At the heart of her work is connection: listening to clients, offering personalized experiences, and, of course, bonding over trash TV while sharing a laugh in the chair.
When she’s not behind the chair, Caroline enjoys golfing with her soon to be husband Justin, spending time with their dog Bubba & cat Noodles, and riding her horse, Dennis!

Hi, I’m Layla! I’m a stylist with a passion for people, creativity, and helping others feel confident and beautiful. My faith keeps me grounded and grateful for the chance to serve others through what I love.
I’m also a proud mom of two sweet girls, and when I’m not behind the chair, I’m spending time with my beautiful family, loving on my animals, enjoying music, staying active, and making memories with the people who mean the most to me.

When I’m not in the salon, you can usually find me outdoors with my family — camping, hiking, or exploring new places.
