All packages roll over to the next month if they are not used. If you get 3 months of unused blow outs you can gift them to a friend. You need to have 3 or more built up before you can give any away.

Blowouts are nontransferable until you have at least three or more built up into your account. If you're wanting to gift a blowout to a friend or family member, please contact Kat Pro studio so that way they're aware of the transfer. And we will help facilitate processing the membership change.

Can I use my blowout membership for event styling?

Yes, members can use their blowout credits towards event styling. Depending on the complexity of the style, there may be an additional fee. Please consult with our stylists for more details.
Can I share my membership with a friend or family member?

Currently, memberships are non-transferable and can only be used by the signed member. However, we do offer gift cards and special packages that can be purchased for others.
What happens if I don’t use all my blowout credits within the month?

Unused blowouts rollover to the next month for all multi-month memberships. For monthly memberships, we encourage you to book in advance to ensure you get the most out of your membership.
