FAQs

How far in advance should I book my hair trial?

We recommend booking your hair trial at minumum two weeks before your wedding. We will also discuss your vision on our consultation call.
What should I bring to my hair trial?
- Bring your veil, headpiece, jewelry, and/or hair ornaments so your stylist can incorporate them into your look.
- Wear a button-down shirt so you can change outfits without disturbing your hair and makeup. (This goes for your wedding day, as well.)
- If using clip in extensions, please bring them.
When should I book a cut and color before my wedding?

We recommend booking a cut and/or color at minumum two weeks before your wedding.
What is the deposit?

We require 50% to book and remaining 50% is due day before the wedding.

To book, we will add a card on file for the deposit and the card will be charged the day before services are renderred.
What is your cancellation policy?

If plans change and you need to cancel, you will receive your full deposit back if canceled before 60 days of the event. If cancellation happens within 30 days, you will forfeit the deposit.
